As the manager of Beuller The Gaud, Fokus has concentrated on keeping the artist productive, strategically active, and continuously creating opportunities to generate income independently. His management philosophy centers on positioning, consistency, ownership, relationships, and developing an artist into a sustainable business.

That philosophy was built through years of hands-on artist development.

Fokus was one of the founders of Winning Wednesdays at Adrianna’s, an independent artist platform that helped more than 100 artists earn radio exposure through Raw TV Radio on Power 92 and DJ Pharris’ mix on Power 92. Winning Wednesdays also created opportunities for artists to compete for thousands of dollars in cash prizes, brand sponsorships, studio sessions, video shoots, and additional career-building resources.

Fokus also served as a host of Urban Grind TV, further expanding his experience across music, media, artist discovery, and independent entertainment.

Those experiences helped form the foundation of Headlinerz International.

Headlinerz was created to give independent artists the game—the strategy, infrastructure, knowledge, and systems needed to bypass traditional gatekeepers, build ownership, create revenue, and develop leverage on their own terms.

Instead of waiting for the industry to hand artists a key, Fokus helped build a platform designed to put that key directly in their hands.
